 Bruce has an entrepreneurial history and has experience in a number of disciplines including engineering/design, computer programming, network engineering, pattern making, model making, mold making, website development, publishing, and business administration. He has served on a number of non-profit and ministry boards in leadership roles. Currently, his primary responsibilities involve leadership as the Executive Director of the En-Gedi Resource Center, a Holland-based, international Christian educational ministry, and Eagle Design & Technology, a high-tech rapid prototyping firm in Zeeland, of which he is the owner.

His volunteer activities have involved work across the U.S., Dominican Republic, Philippines, Uganda, Kenya, and Israel. He has participated in several Israel tours. He graduated from Calvin College in 1975 with a BFA in art and engineering. He served as President and CEO of Eagle Design & Technology, Inc. in Zeeland, Michigan for 30 years. He and his wife Mary have four daughters, four sons-in-law, and six grand children.
